On Thursday, November 21, Miami’s go-to business network, The Miami Business Club, hosted an inspiring Lincoln Road themed evening at the newly opened Andrés Carne de Res on 455 Lincoln Road. The event brought together community leaders, professionals, and residents for a night of celebration, conversation, and a look ahead at one of Miami Beach’s most iconic streets.

The evening began with a warm welcome from The Miami Business Club’s founder, Stefan Lingmerth. Lingmerth's opening speech set the tone for a night that celebrated both individual achievements and collective progress. Miami Beach Mayor Steven Meiner and Commissioner Joseph Magazine took the stage for an inspiring award ceremony, honoring two Miami Beach residents, Joe Findaro and Alvaro Nunez.

Findaro and Nunez were recognized for their accomplishment of completing seven marathons on seven continents in just seven days. Their remarkable journey concluded triumphantly in Miami Beach, earning them a standing ovation from the audience.

The event also featured an engaging panel discussion on the future of Lincoln Road, moderated by Lingmerth. The panel included Lyle Stern, President of the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District, and Commissioner Joseph Magazine. The conversation delved into the promising influx of new businesses and the critical role residents play in shaping the community's future. Key takeaways emphasized collaboration between businesses and residents as the cornerstone for Lincoln Road’s continued evolution and success.
